Cristina L. Miyar | Vice President
Cristina followed her interest in music and architecture by studying both subjects in college. The intersection of the two provided an entry point to a career in acoustics. Cristina has been an acoustical consultant with Charles M. Salter Associates, Inc. since 1995. She specializes in architectural acoustics, MEP system noise and vibration control, and environmental noise mitigation.
Cristina has worked on a number of noteworthy projects including theaters, community centers, museums, educational facilities, and film and broadcast studios. Some of the projects Cristina has worked on are the Walt Disney Concert Hall in Los Angeles, the New de Young Museum in San Francisco, the Stanford Clark Center in Palo Alto, and post-production facilities for Warner Bros, Fox, SONY, and Paramount.
